To return your purchase to Quinns Wales
We will happily accept the return of your online purchase under the following circumstances.
1. Goods, other than faulty goods, may be returned within 7 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods. The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer. As you can appreciate, we would request that all goods be returned in an ‘as new’ condition complete with all packaging and accessories. Unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition may be subject to a handling charge. Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us. We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling act or if the item was faulty.
2. Should the unit arrive faulty or damaged in transit; we will happily exchange this for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund or credit.
3. Should the unit develop a fault, If the unit is covered by our "5 Year" extended warranty, we will pick it up from your home and return it as soon as it is ready for a £40 fee.
All items including ex-display stock and ex-repair goods (but excluding wearable parts) are guaranteed for a full 12 months. We do not to guarantee against misuse (i.e. liquid spilt inside, blown speakers, chewed items etc.), commercial use, loss of data stored on any form of writeable/ re-writeable media/ hard drive devices, dead pixels of an amount not covered by the manufacturer’s specifications or normal wear and tear. After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your equipment may require.
